We are seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Installer with 5 years of installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and mini-splits.
- Remove and replace HVAC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical disconnects, thermostats, and ventilation components.
- Perform startup, charging, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Complete job documentation accurately and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to independently install complete HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoors.
