Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems independently.
• Generate Tech Generated Leads (TGLs) by identifying legitimate system replacement and upgrade opportunities.
• Evaluate aging, inefficient, and underperforming HVAC equipment.
• Educate homeowners on repair-versus-replacement options, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and honest recommendations.
• Confidently present repair and upgrade options without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Partner with Comfort Consultants to deliver qualified leads and create a seamless customer experience.
• Meet service performance, customer satisfaction, and lead-generation goals.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Proven experience generating TGLs, HVAC replacement leads, or service-related sales opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ability to independently diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and airflow issues.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify legitimate replacement opportunities and confidently educate homeowners.
• Strong sales mindset with a goal-oriented, self-motivated approach.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company MVR requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete background, and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 certification.
• Experience with high-efficiency and inverter-driven HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified HVAC replacement leads.
• Experience presenting maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions.
