Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its Orlando office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated and complex business disputes alongside experienced litigators representing a diverse client base across multiple industries.

What You’ll Work On:

• Handling complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Supporting litigation strategy and case development
• Working closely with partners on sophisticated commercial disputes
• Assisting with matters involving hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and Fortune 500 companies

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Top academic credentials preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar admission required
