Role Overview – Divisional VP of Finance
Our client is a global industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Divisional Vice President of Finance to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role provides strategic financial leadership to drive growth, profitability, and long-term business performance. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will partner closely with senior leadership to guide decision-making through financial insights, support M&A initiatives, and align finance with overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing financial analysis and guidance to support data-driven decisions
- Lead and support M&A strategy, including execution and integration activities
- Oversee all finance functions, including FP&A, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization
- Ensure scalable accounting processes, strong internal controls, and financial reporting accuracy
- Develop and mentor finance teams to enhance engagement, performance, and overall capability
- Lead global risk management and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Proven experience with M&A and strategic financial leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and engage high-performing teams
Salary : $200,000 - $230,000
