Qualifications

  • Experience in masonry construction or NYC construction projects
  • Prior experience as an estimator or project manager in construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project management software
  • Advanced Excel and computer skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills


Preferred

  • Experience with large commercial or residential masonry projects
  • Familiarity with NYC building codes and construction standards
