What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial / Industrial HVAC Service Technician position at Aimic Inc?
- 5 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required (Universal preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in elevated areas, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, hospitals, or data center environments.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training.
