Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution (planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery)
- Oversee subcontractors, materials, procurement, and logistics
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Ensure safety, quality control (QA/QC), and regulatory compliance
- Handle cost control, change orders, and monthly financial reporting
- Support BIM/VDC coordination and pre-fabrication planning
Qualifications:
- 5 years of PM experience with an electrical contractor
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
- Experience with construction drawings, procurement, and cost tracking
- Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
