Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. In this role, you will design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in improving clients’ quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and ABA best practices
- Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain high-quality care
- Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
- No on-call duties
Caseload:
- Maximum caseload of 8 to 10 full-time clients
- Maximum of 32 billable hours per week
- Practicum students and interns assist with caseload support

Required Qualifications:
