Position: Field Account Executive

Location: North Miami Beach, Florida 33162

This is a Direct-Hire Position paying between $60,000-$70,000 commissions ($100,000-$120,000 1st year OTE) depending on the level of experience.

About The Role

Are you a sales professional who loves cold calling and thrives on closing deals on the spot? We’re looking for a Field Account Executive to join our team. This is a full-cycle sales role — you’ll generate your own leads, run your own meetings, deliver proposals, and close the business. If you’re both a hunter and a closer, this is the role for you

Responsibilities

• Hit the streets every day with in-person cold calls to local businesses.
• Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and sales tools to uncover and target decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospect → meet → bid → close.
• Communicate Value Propositions and Company Differentiators on the spot.
  
  

Requirements

• In-person cold calling experience (required) — you don’t just tolerate cold calling, you love it.
• Proven ability to close in the moment — face-to-face, under pressure.
• 2 years B2B sales experience with full-cycle responsibility.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven personality.
• Proficiency with sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, CRM).
• Valid driver’s license — we provide the company vehicle.
