Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our clinical and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations (front desk, scheduling, patient flow)
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Manage provider schedules and coordinate appointments (in-person & telehealth)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Handle patient inquiries, escalations, and overall satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare office management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of medical office operations and scheduling systems
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in family practice or behavioral/mental health settings
- Familiarity with insurance verification and basic billing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred, not required)
