AIM Technical Group (AIM) is seeking an Application Developer to provide development and lifecycle management services to the DOE. This role involves supporting custom workflow applications that facilitate critical business processes.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Develop and implement new applications and databases, as well as enhancements for existing systems, based on a product backlog.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans, leveraging automated testing tools where possible to validate that all functional requirements are met.
- Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance support, including the resolution of defects and the implementation of enhancement requests for existing applications.
- Technical Documentation: Draft and revise end-user operational instructions and program documentation for new or revised applications.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in routine sprint planning, tracking meetings, and sprint reviews to demonstrate completed work and gather feedback.
- Requirements Refinement: Participate in Planning Increment (PI) and backlog refinement meetings to identify and refine requirements for future work.
Required Technical Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in application development OR a four-year degree in a relevant concentration.
- Training: Must complete periodic refresher and annual training requirements as determined by the Government
Preferred Skills:
- Specific development experience with the ServiceNow platform is highly desired but not required.
Security:
- Candidate must successfully pass a background investigation.
- Minimum requirement: L-level access authorization.
- Potential requirement: Certain efforts may require a Q-level clearance.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
