AIM Technical Group (AIM) is seeking an experienced Network Architect to design the hybrid connectivity infrastructure supporting a mission-critical federal case management system. You will be responsible for the secure topology connecting on-premise government headquarters with the Azure Commercial cloud, ensuring compliance with strict federal boundary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Topology: Design secure network architectures within Microsoft Azure, including landing zones, boundary protections, and tenant restrictions.
- Hybrid Connectivity: Manage secure interconnections between the cloud environment, agency headquarters, and remote field sites/labs .
- External Interfaces: Architect secure data exchanges with external law enforcement partners (e.g., FBI, Courts, Police Departments), defining schemas and message formats.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Assess legacy network infrastructure and propose upgrades to support high-availability web applications.
- Infrastructure Security: Configure firewalls, VPNs, and subnets to support high-availability web applications in a FedRAMP Moderate environment.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in application modernization, cloud architecture, cloud application development, and migrations.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required for Public Trust Clearance.
