Sales Associate

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Sales Associate to join the team in Los Angeles reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our LA Flagship store team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales & Experience:
• Delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times while referencing checklists daily (cleanliness, smell, sound & appearance).
• Ensure that the Brand Ethos is protected as well as spoken about on the sales floor.
• Handling difficult customer interactions in a responsible, educated manner.
• Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge.
• Act as an Aime Leon Dore Brand Ambassador
  
  

• Operations:
• Maintain the stores’ visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met.
• Successfully operate POS systems and transactions.
• Support all areas of the store when necessary such as register, door host, back of house, etc.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year’s experience in Retail
• A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment
• Keen attention to detail
• A pro-active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
• Computer and till system literate
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Flexible working hours
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis
• Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
• Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.
  
  

Salary Range: $20.25 - $22.50 per hour
