Senior Physical Therapist

This is a full-time on-site role in Ashburn, VA, for a Senior Physical Therapist. The role involves performing comprehensive evaluations, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing patients with therapeutic exercises and interventions. Responsibilities also include educating patients on self-care and preventive measures, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. You will help support patients’ full recovery while promoting a positive and motivating environment.

• Proficiency in physical therapy evaluations, diagnoses, and development of tailored treatment plans
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and pain management strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and motivate patients, families, and caregivers
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in an interdisciplinary team
• Organized and detail-oriented with skills in documenting and managing patient progress comprehensively
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one before starting
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physical therapy
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy and familiarity with advanced treatment techniques is preferred
