- Virginia PT license (required) BLS/CPR (required)
- Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)
- New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply
- Base salary: $76,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus potential (individual clinic goals)
- Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience)
