As a treating Athletic Trainer, you will:
- Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehab care to active patients
- Build treatment plans, progress exercises, and deliver return-to-sport programming
- Utilize objective testing tools (VALD) to guide decision-making and track progress
- Collaborate with PTs and support staff to maintain a high standard of care
- Support clinic culture and deliver a 5-star patient experience
- Optional growth: assist in re-establishing sports/community partnerships over time
- Current ATC certification and eligible to practice in Virginia (required)
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab
- Dry Needling certification is a plus (not required—training available)
- New grads are encouraged to apply (especially those with strong sports/ortho clinical experience)
- Build to a full orthopedic/sports caseload with support from the team
- Deliver excellent patient outcomes and maintain high patient satisfaction
