Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processed and account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with accounting software and ERP system
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet due date
- English required; Mandarin preferred
- College Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Core Responsibility:
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoice verification, vendor setup, and payment processing.
- Process Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including customer invoicing, cash application, and account follow-up.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative projects as assigned.
