About The Role

The Brand Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the brand marketing team to ensure projects, materials, and logistics remain organized and on track. This role plays a critical support function within traditional marketing by executing delegated tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and discipline. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Coordinator supports trade show logistics, content updates, collateral management, and recurring marketing operations. This is a highly execution-focused role designed to build foundational marketing experience while supporting scalable team performance.

Responsibilities

· Marketing Workflow & Project Coordination (Required)

· Own end-to-end management of the marketing request workflow, from intake through delivery.

· Validate completeness and clarity of incoming requests; push back on incomplete or unclear submissions.

· Translate requests into clear, actionable briefs for design and marketing stakeholders.

· Create and maintain project tracking in Trello, ensuring accurate status updates across all active workstreams.

· Proactively manage timelines by following up with stakeholders and resolving bottlenecks before escalation.

· Act as the primary point of contact for internal requesters, providing status updates and reducing ad hoc interruptions to the team.

· Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and recommend process improvements.

· Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing activities.

· Support the evolution of internal systems and tools as the marketing function scales.

· Administrative & Operational Support (Required)

· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring timelines, materials, and deliverables are organized and on schedule.

· Maintain a calendar of marketing events, deadlines, and key deliverables.

· Support documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks required to keep marketing operations running efficiently.

· Coordinate logistics required for marketing initiatives, including supplies, materials, and team needs.

· Partner with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Strategic Technologies, Leadership) to ensure marketing deliverables align with business needs.

· Trade Show & Event Support (Required)

· Coordinate travel arrangements for trade shows and industry events.

· Support trade show preparation, including packing, shipping, tracking materials, and occasional on-site support.

· Maintain organized documentation for event materials and post-event follow-up.

· Swag & Collateral Management

· Manage inventory of marketing collateral, branded merchandise, and promotional items.

· Source, execute, and track orders for swag items based on vendor quotes.

· Monitor supply levels and proactively flag reorder needs.

· Maintain accurate tracking of swag distribution and inventory levels.

· Copywriting & QA Ownership

· Draft and edit copy for marketing materials including sales collateral, email communications, landing pages, and internal announcements.

· Perform final quality assurance on all outbound marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

· Identify and correct grammar, formatting, and clarity issues – especially in materials developed by cross-functional teams.

· Maintain a high standard of detail across all deliverables, serving as a final checkpoint before distribution.

· Support blog development and copywriting efforts under direction of the Marketing Specialist, including basic keyword alignment and formatting.

· Assist with onboarding welcome emails and internal communications.

Experience and Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

· 0–2 years of marketing, administrative, or coordination experience

· Strong written communication and proofreading skills

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously

· Interest in developing broader marketing expertise preferred

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
