Integration Design Group is seeking a talented, experienced, and inspired Project Architect / Project Manager to grow with us. Team leadership, diverse project experience, and a desire to be involved in all aspects of the design process.
The ideal candidate has between 5 & 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with particular emphasis on client engagement, design management, and team leadership. Responsibilities in this position will include comprehensive project management from project conception to completion. The role will have the potential for exposure and growth into firm management, business development, and company leadership if interested.

The practice was founded with the mission to serve religious and community-based organizations, and we have an extensive portfolio of successful projects assisting spiritual communities, educational institutions, and other groups that reach out to a wide range of stakeholders. We provide master planning, architecture, and interior design services - emphasizing stewardship of historic building fabric, restoration, beautification, and artistry - in renovation, addition, and new construction projects.

Job Requirements & Skills
- 5-10 years of project design and project management experience.
- Comfortable with managing 3-5 projects in various stages of design.
- Capable of understanding week to week staffing needs to meet deadlines / deliverables and looking ahead at schedule 2-4 weeks out.
- Demonstrated strengths in development of elegant design solutions - both large scale vision and well-crafted details.
- Ability to forecast and manage project schedules and project budgets.
- Coordination of internal and external project team and consultants.
- Mentorship and engagement with junior staff members and emerging professionals.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Contract Documents and Construction Administration requirements.
- Microsoft Project and Excel Proficiency.
- Revit modelling and documentation proficiency.
- Rhino modeling experience is a plus.
- Architectural Registration is completed or in progress of testing.
- CAPM / PMP Certification is a plus.
- Experience in Liturgical Design is a plus.
