Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an Architectural office
- Background in commercial projects (hospitality experience a plus)
- Registered Architect preferred; progress toward licensure will be considered
- Adept at professional interaction with clients, consultants, AHJ’s and contractors
- Capable of leading project teams through design and production
- Able to provide detailed Quality Control and cross-discipline coordination reviews of project documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; SketchUp, Bluebeam, Revit a plus
- Experience with all project phases and elements from concept design through CA
- Familiarity with AIA documents, contracts, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of building detailing, codes, building systems, and construction means & methods
