Project Architect / Project Manager

Marsh & Associates, Inc. is seeking talented, well-qualified and energetic Architects to join our team in the Denver Tech Center. MAI is an award-winning Architecture, Interior Design and Master Planning firm consistently recognized as one of the top hospitality design firms in the U.S.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, have a passion for high design, embrace creative and collaborative problem-solving, and possess a commitment to developing and executing architecture that is both beautiful and functional.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an Architectural office
• Background in commercial projects (hospitality experience a plus)
• Registered Architect preferred; progress toward licensure will be considered
• Adept at professional interaction with clients, consultants, AHJ’s and contractors
• Capable of leading project teams through design and production
• Able to provide detailed Quality Control and cross-discipline coordination reviews of project documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required; SketchUp, Bluebeam, Revit a plus
• Experience with all project phases and elements from concept design through CA
• Familiarity with AIA documents, contracts, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of building detailing, codes, building systems, and construction means & methods
