We are seeking a motivated Intern Architect / BIM Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in architectural practice. This role involves active participation in all phases of design and documentation, working closely with project managers and clients. The ideal candidate is technically proficient in Revit, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to meaningful architectural work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of design and construction documents across multiple project types
- Create and manage detailed Revit models in alignment with office standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support project delivery
- Prepare presentations, reports, and permit submittals as needed
- Participate in construction administration tasks including site visits and documentation
- Maintain organized project files and contribute to the overall efficiency of project workflow
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (preferred, not required)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
- Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Lumion is a plus
- Familiarity with building codes, detailing, and construction documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Progress toward licensure is preferred, but not required
