We are a small, established architectural firm specializing in commercial and educational facility design, seeking a full-time project manager / project architect to join our team. This professional will help design, document, and manage a variety of commercial and residential project types in all phases from programming through construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute work as a reliable, integral member of a project team
- Coordinate multiple projects with consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings
- Perform construction administration duties
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other design technology programs
- Experience in Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
- Experience in various commercial projects; Educational is a plus
- Ability to travel to job sites, client and/or agency meetings
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking towards project needs and able to problem-solve independently
- Knowledge of construction techniques, constructability of a project, code compliancy, and details, with the ability to relay the information into a complete set of construction documents
- Exercise quality control of drawings and designs
