The Role
We are seeking a versatile Architectural Designer with a primary focus on residential interior design. Because we are a small office, this is not a "selections-only" role. The ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly pivot between curating high-end finishes/furnishings and producing the technical Revit documentation required to build them.

The Role
We are seeking a versatile Architectural Designer with a primary focus on residential interior design. Because we are a small office, this is not a "selections-only" role. The ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly pivot between curating high-end finishes/furnishings and producing the technical Revit documentation required to build them.
- Status: Full-time or Part-time (flexible for the right candidate).
- Location: Louisville, CO (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).
- Integrated Design: Participate in conceptual design and provide support through all project phases, from initial sketches to CA.
- Interiors Expertise: Lead the selection and specification of residential interior materials, fixtures, finishes, and furnishings (FF&E).
- Technical Documentation: Independently apply architectural concepts to create detailed drawing sets, including interior elevations, cabinetry/millwork details, and lighting plans.
- Project Management: Organize schedules, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Adaptability: Embrace the "many hats" environment of a small studio, contributing to both interior and exterior architectural development.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited U.S. university.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.
- Software Mastery: High proficiency in Revit is mandatory. Experience with Lumion, SketchUp, and Google Suite is preferred.
- Technical Skill: Proven ability to handle detailing and documentation for "start-to-finish" construction.
- Licensure: On track with NCARB/NCIDQ (preferred).
- Status: U.S. citizen or holder of a valid work visa.
- Starting Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience).
