What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Staff position at AIA Colorado?
alm2s is seeking Architectural Staff with 4-12 years’ experience. Role will vary with experience from design, 3-D modeling and construction drawings in Revit, to the lead in overseeing, directing, and coordinating documentation for projects of varying complexity and scope. Manage multi-disciplinary teams for a wide range of projects including civic, student housing, affordable/multi-family housing, industrial, retail, commercial and office project types.
Create, manage, and produce projects for a variety of clients. Provide designer and leadership roles to multi-disciplinary teams on projects throughout all stages, from concept through construction administration.
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required with at least 4-12 years of experience. Candidate must be highly skilled with Revit™ as well as computer graphic and 3D modeling experience. Also experience with Photoshop and Microsoft Office, possess digital rendering skills and have excellent organization, coordination, and managerial skills. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
Our office is located in downtown Fort Collins, CO; team members are required to physically work in the Fort Collins office a minimum of four days per week. Benefits include Simple IRA with 100% company match up to 3%, Medical Insurance Plans, Short & Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off.
