What You'll Do
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 per year

We're seeking a Project Architect or Job Captain with 5 years of experience to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Produce and coordinate construction documents in Revit from schematic design through CDs
- Perform building code research across multiple jurisdictions (IBC, IEBC, IFC, ANSI A117.1)
- Coordinate structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants
- Develop design concepts and presentation materials
- Participate in client meetings
- Professional degree in architecture
- 5 years of experience in an architectural firm on commercial project types
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Working knowledge of building codes and commercial construction practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work in office required
- Strong knowledge in Revit
- Colorado licensure, or active AXP/ARE progress
- Experience with Bluebeam and Twinmotion
- Multi-jurisdiction code research experience
- Self-storage, aviation, or tenant improvement project experience ideal
