Through our digital magazine, Six Compass, our 18-book series, The AI6x6 Transformation Blueprint, and the global Executive Mentor Network, we provide the foundational instruments required for precise, board-level business evolution.
The RoleThis is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As CMO, you are the primary Storyteller and Growth Architect. Your mission is to translate complex research into a global corporate standard, leveraging Six Compass as our flagship media vehicle to bridge the gap between our high-level IP and the world’s most influential C-suite leaders and academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Editorial Leadership: Oversee the strategic direction and global reach of Six Compass, our digital magazine, transforming it into the premier thought-leadership destination for AI-driven transformation.
- C-Suite Influence: Leverage and expand an elite network of C-suite executives to establish the AI6x6 framework as the primary strategic guide for Global 2000 boards.
- CLO Solutions: Direct the sales of high-value, "added-value" transformation services to Chief Learning Officers, positioning our research and magazine content as essential leadership curriculum.
- Academic Partnerships: Develop and nurture deep connections with top-tier Business Schools to integrate AI6x6 and Six Compass insights into executive education programs.
- Global IP Management: Lead the marketing and PR strategy for the 18-book Transformation Blueprint series, ensuring the Lab remains the definitive voice in digital evolution.
- Community Scaling: Drive growth-oriented strategies for the Executive Mentor Network, aligning brand messaging with high-end certification goals.
- Founding Member: As one of the Founding Member of the Lab, we would like you to work with Venture Capitalists and Investors to fund the growth of the Lab.
- Executive Rolodex: A proven track record of existing, high-level connections within the C-suite and CLO communities of major enterprises.
- Media & Content Strategy: Experience in high-end digital publishing or managing sophisticated thought-leadership platforms (like a corporate magazine or research journal).
- Strategic Selling: Experience in "Consultative Marketing"—selling intellectual capital, high-end consulting frameworks, or executive education.
- Academic Fluency: The ability to engage effectively with Deans and Directors of Business Schools to bridge the gap between research and commercial application.
- Mission-Driven Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the "Guided Navigation" mission to sophisticated audiences.
- Academic Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Business Transformation : Have led two or more enterprise business transformation initiatives with 50 team members. Part of the Transformation needs to be AI technologies, including Agentic AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning.
