Strategic Test Solutions (STS) is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant on the EOMS II contract in support of the Air Force, 96th Test Wing, Eglin Test and Training Complex, Eglin AFB, FL
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Months/Years of Experience: Three (3) years minimum (with High School Diploma or GED); One (1) year (with Associates Degree); or a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Demonstrated experience with providing administrative functions supporting office management. Experience with MS Office suite (e.g. Outlook, Power Point, MS Word, Excel, SharePoint). Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver quality and effective written and verbal communications for varying audience levels.
Duties: Manage programs, projects or tasks which provide administrative infrastructure to associated technical efforts; provide direct administrative support to associated efforts; create and deliver documentation; design, implement and manage the physical arrangements/services required to support associated efforts; order, account for, and manage resources involved in associated efforts; ensure efficient and optimal calendar planning and pro-actively manage to resolve and de-conflict competing priorities. Plan and conduct events. Assist with employee in-processing. Coordinate travel.
Desired Qualifications: Administrative experience working directly in a DoD/Air Force program management or similar environment. Experience with the DoD travel system administration, purchasing systems, property accountability, and information technology processes.
Comments: This is a full time (40 hours per week) position.
