🟣About the Role
Are you ready to join a fast-growing, ASX-listed company that’s shaping the future of AI-powered accessibility and language solutions? We’re looking for a VP of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for our growing suite of AI-powered captioning, transcription, and translation technologies—including our flagship offerings LEXI Text, LEXI Voice, and LEXI Recorded.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and commercial strategy. You’ll partner closely with Product and Sales to shape compelling narratives, build effective launch strategies, and ensure our solutions land with maximum impact in the market. This role can be done on a hybrid basis.
🟣In this role, you’ll:
• Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all product launches, from positioning and messaging through to execution.
• Act as the company’s product storyteller, creating compelling narratives that differentiate our AI-powered solutions in the broadcast, media, and enterprise accessibility markets.
• Partner deeply with Product Management to translate roadmaps, features and customer insights into market-ready messaging and content.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to build sales enablement tools, value propositions, pitch decks, competitive materials, and training.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and product-market fit improvements.
• Develop clear and differentiated positioning for our core product lines and oversee the creation of high-quality product marketing assets.
• Work cross-functionally to define pricing, packaging, and value-based messaging for new and existing products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering insights to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
• Represent AI-Media at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and webinars as a product advocate and thought leader.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to define success metrics, track product adoption, and analyse GTM performance.
• Ensure all product communications—internal and external—are aligned, consistent, and impactful.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing Product Marketing team.
🟣About You
You’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a technical field.
• 5 years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, media technology, or related industries.
• A proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies for complex technology products.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered platforms, media/broadcast technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Exceptional storytelling and messaging abilities—able to turn technical concepts into simple, compelling customer benefits.
• Demonstrated experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Product in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to drive strategy.
• Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence representing products externally.
• Strong leadership capability, with experience building or mentoring high-performing teams.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
