- Business Process Management and Process Architecture professional with 7 years of experience in business process analysis, process optimization, workflow management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process modeling, workflow methodologies, and end-to-end process design across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain functions.
- Skilled in conducting detailed business analysis, documenting functional requirements, creating application specifications, identifying business pain points, and delivering scalable and sustainable process solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications and automation initiatives.
- Strong experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles.
- Expertise in solution design, Pega Guardrails, process governance, scalability planning, and sustainable application development best practices.
- Hands-on experience developing detailed process maps and workflow documentation using Visio, Signavio, ARIS, and similar BPM tools.
- Skilled in facilitating process workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder discussions, and bridging communication between business and IT teams for system implementation and digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, process optimization, bottleneck analysis, risk assessment, workflow tools, AI-enabled solutions, and automation opportunities.
