Project Manager – Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction
Company Overview
Ahn Construction Group is a growing construction and development company specializing in luxury residential renovations, additions, ground-up construction, and commercial interior projects throughout Long Island and the NYC area.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and driven Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and vendors
- Prepare and manage change orders and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building requirements
- Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction
- Experience with residential renovations and/or commercial interiors
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and construction management software
- Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury residential construction
- Experience managing restaurant, retail, office, or tenant fit-out projects
- Estimating and purchasing experience
- Knowledge of NYC and Long Island permitting and inspection processes
Compensation
- $100,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience
