As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily production activities, driving safety and quality initiatives, supporting employee development, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the shift.
What You'll Do
✅ Lead and support production team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✅ Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
✅ Monitor production performance and help achieve operational goals
✅ Coach, develop, and engage employees to drive team success
✅ Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient plant operations
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related industry
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and KPI management is a plus
✔ Ability to work independently and effectively on an overnight shift
