Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hutchinson, KS. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee benefits, assisting with HR policy implementation, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Generalist will help manage recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding and orientation, and support performance management activities. Daily tasks also include responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and partnering with managers on employee relations and engagement initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR functions and organizational initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to interpret, apply, and help maintain company guidelines and procedures.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
