Job description:
Agri Center is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our growing team in Hoxie, KS. The Store Manager provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources for the location. At Agri Center, we build relationships with customers; we don’t just focus on sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the location department operations through effective team management.
- Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.
- Provide coaching and ongoing feedback to help all employees improve their skills and meet their full potential.
- Recruit and train new sales team members to build a high-performing and motivated team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Supports senior management in implementing changes in any department within the location.
- Manage the locations budget, approve expenditures, and ensure the team operates within financial targets.
- Communicates with other location leaders to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within Agri Center.
- Respect confidentiality of both company and customer required.
- Additional duties as determined by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Previous store management experience required.
- Knowledge of parts and service department operations preferred.
- Knowledge of large ag equipment or construction equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Ability to work alone or in a team.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
