Production Assistant

Berberian Nut Company is seeking a Production Assistant to join our nut processing team!

Summary:

This is an Office Support role that provides experienced administrative support for departmental operations and business activities. Coordinates administrative processes, prepares reports and documentation, and serves as a resource for employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative activities and workflows for assigned departments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
• Support departmental budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, recordkeeping, or project activities.
• Maintain and analyze departmental records and business data.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, customer visits, and events.
• Assist with department-specific compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of business activities.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Supports any operational function through coordination, documentation, reporting, record management, and administrative support activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience preparing reports and handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Employees are required to wear designated PPE when tasks or work areas require it; compliance with PPE requirements is mandatory.
