Accounts Receivable Clerk

Agramont Worldwide Logistics is a growing logistics company dedicated to providing reliable transportation and supply chain solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team.

This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely customer payments, and supporting the company's overall cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Record customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances by phone and email.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and answer billing questions.
• Assist with collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Reconcile accounts receivable records with bank statements and internal reports.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports for management.
• Monitor aging reports and payment trends.
• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Process chargebacks, returns, and non-sufficient funds (NSF) transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service regarding account inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support the Accounting department with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience required.
• Experience using QuickBooks is required.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
• 40 Hours per week
