We’re a time-critical logistics and global trade company offering Importer/Exporter of Record, On-Board Courier, and end-to-end supply chain solutions for the aviation, automotive, and IT/telecom industries. The Role
We’re building our marketing function from the ground up, and we’re looking for a go-getter to own it. This isn’t a “manage one channel” job, you’ll run the whole show: brand, content, campaigns, lead generation, and reputation. You’ll be the person who turns AGOL from a company that’s great at what it does into a company people actually know about.
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and our Business Transformation team to start and develop this function from scratch, which means real ownership, real autonomy, and the room to build it your way. We want someone who works independently, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next.
And the ceiling is high: exceptional performance and delivery in this role will lead to a leadership position as the function grows. If you like building things rather than maintaining them, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Own
Social & brand presence
- Create and manage social media content across our channels, with the goal of building a genuine, recognizable presence in the logistics and global trade space.
- Own AGOL's brand positioning and messaging, tailored to our three core verticals: aviation, automotive, and IT/telecom.
- Produce and repurpose video and multimedia content that explains what we do and brings our time-critical services to life.
Demand generation & campaigns
- Build and run digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and feed a real sales funnel — not vanity metrics.
- Design and execute email campaigns in HubSpot, from build to send to reporting.
- Own SEO and organic search — keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content built to rank — to drive inbound traffic and qualified leads.
- Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, managing the budget and owning the return on spend.
- Plan and run webinars and AGOL's presence across logistics alliances, industry events, and trade shows.
- Create sales enablement collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and vertical-specific sell sheets — that helps the team win deals.
Owned channels
- Manage and keep content fresh on the company website.
- Set up and run newsletters that people actually want to open.
Executive brand
- Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence and enhance voice, content, and engagement.
Social proof & reputation
- Develop the strategy for sourcing, designing, and publishing testimonials and case studies.
- Set up and manage our presence on review platforms like Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Google Business Profile, and others (think Clutch, Comparably, Better Business Bureau) to build trust with both customers and future hires.
Measurement & reporting (new heading)
- Own marketing measurement end-to-end — build the dashboards, track performance against targets, and report KPIs to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing operations.
- A track record of building presence and generating leads meaning you’ve done this, not just read about it.
- Strong writing and content instincts across formats and channels.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a startup environment. You’re a self-starter who can take a vague goal, build the plan, and execute it without someone holding your hand.
- Experience with latest marketing tools and trends.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (big plus).
- Familiarity with similar tools across the stack: marketing automation and CRM (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce), social scheduling (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later), analytics (GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), SEO (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services marketing.
