About the Role:
As a Senior Talent Executive, you will serve as a trusted partner to the technical talent community—building long-term relationships with consultants, passive candidates, and industry professionals. You will play a critical role in delivering top-tier talent to our clients by developing strategic pipelines, providing market insights, and elevating the candidate experience.
This is an individual contributor role focused on relationship-driven recruiting excellence, where you’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and influence across the business.
What You’ll Do in the Role:
Build & Maintain Talent Relationships
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with technical consultants and candidates across your market
- Serve as a career advisor, providing guidance on opportunities, market trends, and offer negotiations
Own the Recruiting Lifecycle
- Source, recruit, and qualify top technical talent through proactive outreach, referrals, and network development
- Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical expertise, experience, and cultural alignment
Create Strategic Talent Pipelines
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of high-quality candidates aligned to client needs
- Anticipate hiring trends and market shifts to ensure proactive talent delivery
Partner Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on hiring needs and deliver top candidates
- Strategically market qualified candidates to open roles and provide feedback to both clients and candidates
Leverage Data & Tools
- Utilize ATS systems to track activity, manage pipelines, and drive recruiting efficiency
- Maintain accurate and consistent documentation of candidate interactions
Lead by Example
- Share best practices and market insights with team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes
The Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within an agency or staffing environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and the technical community
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and relationship-first approach
- A creative, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
