Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Desktop Support Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting 6 month opportunity to support a large scale technology refresh initiative and work directly with end users in an interactive walk up IT clinic environment. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support PC deployments, and ensure accurate asset tracking while partnering with a skilled Tier 2 support team. This role is ideal for someone who loves hands on technical work, client interaction, and problem solving.
In this role, you’ll provide in person technical support, resolve incidents, assist with hardware/software installations, and manage asset records in ServiceNow. You’ll engage with customers daily, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operation throughout the refresh project.
Responsibilities
- Provide in person support to resolve hardware, software, network, and configuration issues.
- Install, remove, or configure PCs and related technology as part of the refresh project.
- Collaborate with end users, technology teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and fulfill requests.
- Maintain accurate asset documentation using the ServiceNow platform.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of IT support or related experience; A.S. in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Experience supporting customers in person, over the phone, or remotely.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
- Strong time management abilities and task focused work style.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
