Job Overview
As a Lead Talent Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in both driving your own recruitment success and supporting the growth of a small team of Talent Executives. In this role, you’ll be an individual contributor, mentor, strategist, and problem-solver—helping junior team members navigate the recruitment landscape and develop their skills. You’ll continue to meet and exceed your own KPIs and spread targets, all while leading by example and ensuring that your team achieves success alongside you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by Example
- Achieve and exceed your own recruitment KPIs and spread targets, maintaining a high standard of performance.
- Be a role model for junior team members by demonstrating best practices in candidate sourcing, engagement, placement, and support.
Mentorship and Team Development
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior Talent Executives, helping them grow their skills and confidence in recruiting.
- Conduct regular check-ins and goal-setting sessions with your team to ensure ongoing development and performance improvement.
Strategic Recruiting Leadership
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with your team to drive continuous improvement.
Problem-Solving and Support
- Act as a resource for your team, offering guidance and solutions to overcome challenges in the recruitment process.
- Help remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s success, providing proactive support where needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Operations to ensure alignment in meeting client and candidate needs.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experienced: You have 3-5 years of experience in staffing, preferably in Technology.
- Successful: You have hit at least one rewards trip, demonstrate career growth, and consistently meet or exceed your KPI and spread targets.
- Mentor at Heart: You enjoy coaching others and have a natural ability to guide junior team members toward success.
- Driven: You are goal-oriented, consistently achieving your own KPIs while also helping your team thrive.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
