A little about the role
We are looking for an EUC Engineer (Tier 3) to join a high-performing IT team focused on delivering an exceptional end-user experience across the enterprise.
This role is heavily hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives on owning escalations, improving endpoint environments, and working across both modern (Intune) and traditional (MECM/SCCM) endpoint management platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex endpoint and user environment issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term fixes
- Manage and optimize endpoint environments using:
- Microsoft Intune
- MECM / SCCM (Configuration Manager)
- Support and maintain Windows 10/11 environments at scale
- Handle:
- Device imaging, patching, deployments, and software distribution
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra ID
- Work with VDI / virtual desktop environments (AVD, Citrix, etc.)
- Identify recurring issues and implement proactive improvements
- Operate within an ITIL-driven environment (incident, problem, and change management)
What we’re looking for
- Strong Tier 3 / escalation support experience (must-have)
- Hands-on experience with:
- MECM / SCCM (imaging, deployments, patching, packaging)
- Microsoft Intune (MDM, compliance, device management)
- Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across:
- Windows OS
- M365
- Identity (Active Directory / Azure AD)
- Experience working in SLA-driven / enterprise environments
Nice to have
- Experience with co-managed environments (Intune MECM)
- Exposure to VDI (Citrix / Azure Virtual Desktop)
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Security/compliance awareness in endpoint environments
