About the Role:
As an Associate, you’ll begin your career in Agility Partners’ IT staffing division through our fully-paid Academy* training program. In this hands-on role, you’ll build recruiting skills while connecting technical professionals with career opportunities across our client portfolio. Once key performance milestones are met, you’ll be promoted to Talent Executive—with a clear path for continued growth in Sales or Recruiting.
*Agility Partners' Associate Academy takes place at our Columbus Headquarters! All non-Columbus team members will return to their home market after training.
What You’ll Do:
- Source Candidates: Reach out to job seekers and referrals to build relationships and identify top technical talent.
- Screen & Qualify: Conduct initial phone screens, gather resumes, and assess candidate fit for open roles.
- Manage Talent Pools: Organize and track candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support team visibility and hiring success.
- Collaborate with Sales: Partner with Account Executives to match qualified candidates to client needs.
- Learn the Market: Research roles, technologies, and industry trends to better support candidates and hiring teams
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Interest in one of our market locations: Columbus, Cincinnati, Charlotte, or Seattle
- Strong written and communication skills, with a natural enthusiasm for relationship building
- Proactive team player who isn’t afraid to take initiative or propose new ideas
- Undaunted by challenges and intrinsically motivated to succeed
- Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- A desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
