What You Will Do in This Role?
As an Enterprise Solutions Executive, you will drive strategic sales initiatives within assigned geographies for Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management Business Unit. This role is focused on both new business growth and the retention and protection of large, complex contracts, with a strong emphasis on On-Site Managed, Clinical Engineering, and Peak Need Rental solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Time and Territory Management
- Develop long-term sales goals with quarterly and annual milestones
- Effectively manage time to balance new business development and contract renewals
- Leverage CRM tools to track, manage, and optimize sales activities
Sales, Contract Retention, and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and C-suite executives
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Retain and protect large, strategic contracts through proactive engagement
- Identify and mitigate at-risk contracts to ensure seamless renewals
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities
Consultative Sales and Retention
- Utilize data-driven insights to articulate value through cost savings, operational efficiency, and improved patient care
- Ensure contracts remain aligned with client objectives, operational needs, and evolving market trends
Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner closely with internal Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions
- Contribute to broader business strategy with a focus on long-term customer retention and profitable growth
Industry and Market Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, hospital operations, and competitive offerings
- Adapt sales and retention strategies based on market dynamics and customer needs
What You Will Need for This Role?
- 10 years in healthcare sales (5 in IDNs/health systems) with a proven ability to influence C-suite executives
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership
- Proven track record in building client relationships and managing large accounts
- Financial acumen with an understanding of P&L management
