QA Engineer (Salesforce)

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong automation and Salesforce testing experience to support the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both manual and automated testing, Agile methodologies, API testing, and CI/CD environments.

Position Summary
We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong automation and Salesforce testing experience to support the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both manual and automated testing, Agile methodologies, API testing, and CI/CD environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and Salesforce testing.
- Test REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman or Parasoft SOATest.
- Track and manage defects using Jira and TestRail.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Integrate automated testing into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Communicate testing results, risks, and quality metrics to project teams.
- 5 years of QA experience.
- Strong experience with Selenium, Java, and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce testing and integrated enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, Jenkins, and API testing tools.
- Strong manual testing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce certification(s).
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.
- Familiarity with Git and modern DevOps practices
