Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Own the full product lifecycle for legal technology solutions, from discovery through implementation and optimization.
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and manage backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure business value, adoption, and outcomes.
- Leverage user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Legal team technology needs and workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workflow assessments, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate legal technology solutions, including ELM, CLM, Legal AI, and workflow automation tools.
- Lead vendor evaluations, RFPs, and software selection processes.
- Partner with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver successful technology solutions.
- Advocate for Legal priorities, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks.
- Support change management, communications, training, and user adoption efforts.
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of product management experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience managing digital products through the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and feature specifications.
- Experience with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal AI, or legal operations technologies.
- Experience leading software vendor evaluations, RFPs, and implementations.
- Healthcare technology, regulated industry, or 0-to-1 product experience.
- Background in legal operations, legal technology, or AI-enabled software.
