Technical Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have prior agency recruiting experience supporting technical and/or engineering skill sets and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Source and recruit top technical and engineering talent through various recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to identify hiring needs and deliver top talent to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and consultant partnership
- Conduct candidate screenings, technical qualification discussions, interview preparation, and debrief conversations
- Manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify passive talent in competitive markets
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience and successful delivery
- Stay informed on current market trends, technologies, and industry hiring demands to strategically position Agile and our candidates
- Assist candidates through offer acceptance, resignation process, and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
- 3 years of agency recruiting experience supporting technical and/or engineering skill set
- Prior staffing or consulting industry experience required
- Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, infrastructure, software development, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to problem solve, think strategically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
