Our financial client is seeking a Client Success Support Specialist to work in a client?facing role as first point of contact. The role is hybrid in Lindon, UT.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 2 years of implementations or client success experience
- An ability to troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments
- Working knowledge of Terminal Services, cloud?based applications, and SaaS platforms
- Basic experience with networks, including routers, switches, modems, printers, and related peripherals
- An understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with common internet connection types: Cable, DSL, Satellite, and Dial?Up
- An ability to configure software and hardware within Terminal Services
- Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite is preferred
