What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Insurance/File Compliance Coordinator position at AgentOwned Realty?
AgentOwned Realty has an immediate need for a full time employee to prepare title insurance policies for closings as well as assist in the compliance of real estate files.
- Prepare title insurance policies for Real Estate Closings
- Coordinate with attorneys & paralegals to gather necessary documentation
- Verify accuracy of insurance information and update files accordingly
- Maintain organized records of policies and related documentation
- Verify document compliance for Real Estate closing files
Applicant should have:
- Familiarity with real estate closing process
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze
-Strong communication skills to effectively interact with attorneys, real estate agents and internal staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Title Insurance license or willingness to obtain.
Salary commiserate with experience .
