Full time opening is available for a Digital File Clerk to join a stable and growing dental laboratory in the Charleston, SC area that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service. Candidate will be responsible for accurately downloading various digital files, placing in specified digital destination, aligning digital scan files, resolving issues in workflow processes and communicating with clinicians on case inquiries. Communicate internally with our CAD design, scanning, milling and printing teams. Candidate must be computer savvy, experienced in downloading and uploading digital files, scanning images. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills while effectively working both independently and in a team environment. Candidate must be professional in demeanor, punctual, reliable and detail oriented. Candidate must be open and willing to learn and stary abreast of new technologies and workflows in the digital dental world.
This is an in-office position.
Dental or medical field experience preferred but not required. 3-D imaging or Auto CAD experience a plus but not required.
