What You’ll Do
- Lead & Support Your Team: Supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry staff while ensuring work is completed safely and effectively.
- Keep Our Community Running: Maintain buildings, grounds, systems, and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, vehicles, and appliances.
- Maintain Safety & Compliance: Oversee safety inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and compliance with applicable OSHA, fire, and building requirements.
- Coordinate Suite Turnovers: Ensure resident suites are prepared for move-ins and support smooth move-in and move-out processes.
- Manage Vendors & Budgets: Coordinate with contractors and vendors while effectively managing maintenance expenses.
- Support Residents & Team Members: Respond promptly to maintenance needs and help create a community where residents and employees feel comfortable and supported.
- Leadership experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leader who is approachable, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed.
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies and changing priorities.
