What You'll Do
- Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, dining rooms, and common areas.
- Complete resident and community laundry with care and attention to detail.
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including room turnovers and move-ins.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean, healthy environment.
- Keep housekeeping equipment and supplies organized and in good working order.
- Build meaningful connections with residents through friendly, respectful interactions.
- Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed to support the community.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly, compassionate, and takes pride in a job well done.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and stay active throughout the day.
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
